Middlesex Swimming is a competitive Swimming, Water Polo, Lifesaving Sport, and Masters club. We are located in London, St. Mary's and Stratford, Ontario Canada. We offer professional coaching and technique instruction with programs for all ages and skill levels for both children and adults. Our club prides ourselves on providing the best experience possible for all of our members. Our main goals are to:

1. Help increase water safety and awareness within the greater community. 
2. Ensure our athletes that graduate (or move on) from our programs will remain active in the pool/aquatics for life.
3. Encourage each athlete to become the best that they can be in the water, however more importantly out of the water as individuals within our communities while leading successful lives!!!
