Middlesex Swimming is family run competitive and recreational Swimming, Water Polo, Lifesaving Sport, and Masters club. We have been operating in the London, St. Mary's, and Stratford areas in Ontario, Canada since 2007. We offer professional coaching and technique instruction with programs for all ages and skill levels for both children and adults. Our club prides ourselves on providing the best experience possible for all of our members. Our main goals are to:

1. Help increase water safety and awareness within the greater community. 
2. Ensure our athletes that graduate (or move on) from our programs will remain active in the pool/aquatics for life.
3. Encourage each athlete to become the best that they can be in the water, however more importantly out of the water as individuals within our communities while leading successful lives!!!
