SUMMER PROGRAMMING 

Our 2025 Summer programs run through July and into August in London at both the East Lions Community Centre Pool and the Canada Games Aquatic Centre (CGAC).  Current and new members are welcome. Get back to the basics and enjoy a summer refresher on technique & fitness.
